We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
How to Return
Email hello@fetandsilk.com with your order number and reason for return. Subject line: Return — [Your Order Number]. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability. Contact us before sending anything back.
Gifted Items
If you received a Fet & Silk piece as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at hello@fetandsilk.com. You will need the order number or the name of the person who purchased it.
Please Note
Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
