Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes. At checkout, there is an option to add a personalised gift note. We write it by hand and place it inside the box.
Is gift wrapping included?
Yes. Luxury gift wrapping is included with every Fet & Silk order at no extra cost. Your order will arrive in our signature packaging, ready to give.
Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout. If you would like to add a gift note, make sure to fill in that field before completing your order.
What if the recipient wants to exchange their size?
Contact us at hello@fetandsilk.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange for the correct size on unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. We work with businesses, bridal parties, and event planners on bulk gifting orders. Email hello@fetandsilk.com with the subject line Gifting Enquiry and we will come back to you within 24 hours.
Can I send a gift if I don’t know the recipient’s size?
Yes. We recommend including a note in the gift message letting the recipient know they can contact us to exchange for their preferred size.
